A lot of information about Neuschwanstein is available on the Internet, as well as images and videos. I reccomend the castle’s official site, where you can learn everything you need to know if you want to visit Neuschwanstein. There are a lot of beautiful palaces in Bavaria, and you can find more about all of them on the site of the Bavarian Palace Department .
It is obvious that it is one of the nicest castles indeed. And the picture is gorgeous….

Unfortunately it isn’t mine, though I wish it were… I haven’t been there yet. You say it was rainy, but hey, at least you got to visit Neuschwanstein.
